Chronic Conditions
Patients with diabetes, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, and other chronic conditions receive monitoring and appropriate services as ordered by our volunteer physicians.

Volunteer Physicians work diligently to prescribe generic medications often available from major retail pharmacies. Houston County Volunteer Medical Clinic does not pay for any medications or services. Staff will assist patients with applying for free brand-name medications which are provided through the Pharmaceutical Patient Assistance Program.
